The upper is constructed from a high quality and breathable synthetic fibre and is equipped with three Velcro straps. Thankfully the Sante II Shoes come complete with a moulded EVA footbed with a medium level of arch support. This helps to reduce the threat of arch numbness and aching while also maintaining a comfortable transfer of power through the entire pedal stroke.

In regards to power transfer, the injected nylon outsole offers a great level of stiffness. This helps to minimise the amount of energy being lost in the flex of the shoe. The nylon sole is also very durable, meaning that walking around in these shoes does not result in constant worrying about wearing them down.
