Over the last 3 years we’ve made an aim (and stuck to it) to not purchase any packaging which we use for our online sales.
We re-use nearly all of the boxes we get (large and small), which you’ll notice when the item you bought from us turns up in a Boots or Wiggle box. If we can’t use them they’re normally used by one of our customers for sending their bike, use in gardening or by local schools for crafts.
This helps us reduce waste and at the same time stops us increasing waste! We also re-use air bubbles, bubble wrap, plastic bags, packing peanuts, brown paper and inner tubes too where possible (they make great elastic bands!).

We use Krystal as our web host provider which was one of the first UK hosts to be powered by 100% renewable energy (PUE rating of 1.12) and pride themselves on being as green as possible!
They’ve also teamed up with Trees for Life & Ecologi and planted over 1,000,000 trees already!

From 2019 onwards we made the decision to only stock Muc-Off branded cleaning and lubrication products which brings with it their range of Bio Degradable – Eco Friendly products.
Aside from using better, more environmentally friendly ingredients or recyclable packaging, they’ve also been working on new ways to reduce waste packaging.
